Our client is an EMS manufacturer and has served the Bay Area for over 55 years! They are looking to hire a Quoting Specialist or Procurement Specialist to own the end to end RFQ process for vendors.
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: 100% onsite in Milpitas
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
PAY: $80,000+ depending on experience
salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Manage the end to end RFQ process for all vendors.
Examine, review and evaluates cost data for accuracy, price competitiveness, and supply.
Familiar with a variety of supplier commodities, electronics, sheet metal, packaging, PCBs.
Examines pricing and compiles finished quotes to include labor, material, test, overhead and logistics.
Performs a variety of complex tasks working with stakeholders.
