salary: $24 - $26 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PMeducation: High School
Responsibilities
Lead group of workers to achieve Department and Company goal.
•Report all abnormalities detected.
•Keep records filed orderly and maintained at all times
•Maintain QA areas to be auditable at all times for ISO and customer compliance.
•Ensure only certified QA inspectors work on product specifications and requirements.
•Ensure all shipment buy off activities are conducted effectively and within the stipulated requirements.
•Review some business statistics.
•Determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
•Inspect and sample the entire manufacturing process.
•Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
•Review and analyze the effectiveness of the modifications made.
•Ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies and legislation such as equal opportunity.
•Help the manager to educate the sales and marketing departments regarding the specific requirements of clients.
The essential functions of this role include:manual lifting up to 30lbs
