KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a non-profit services provider in the Manchester, NH area that is hiring a Controller to take over day to day management of Accounting Operations. This is a well funded growing organization and is a high profile position within the organization. Pay and benefits are competitive with room for growth. Hybrid, 3 days in office, this is not a remote job and requires a local candidate.
The responsibilities for the Controller will include:
Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.Prepare financial statements and take ownership of the month end close process.Support budgets, reporting and variance analysis associated with budget / budgets vs actuals.Support partners and VP of Finance with analysis and reportingLead cash management efforts and look for ways to improve cash management that involves multiple revenue streams.Review vendor relationships and services related to the operations of the organization, work to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
The ideal candidate for the Controller should have experience that meets the following requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or FinanceMBA or CPA preferred.More than 5 years in a large sized complex organization.Strong technical skills, reporting systems, advanced Excel
Compensation: Up to $150,000 DOE plus bonus and benefits.
