Position Summary

The Program Manager, IP is responsible for supervising the work of Product Operations Associates. The incumbent will be required to collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g, sales, marketing, finance, legal, and quality control teams, etc.) to coordinate tasks to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs. The Program Manager, IP will work closely with global business partners, vendors, sales teams to support product operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage operation process:

Work with Product Operations Administrators and with teams from a variety of other functional areas to ensure on-time delivery of all assigned work to meet contract terms and global customer needs;

Provide customer service:

Work with cross functional teams and external business partners to provide operational support for global customers;

Data Analysis:

Analyze data as required by the Program Director to identify opportunities for product and service improvement and to support decision-making processes;

Cost control:

track operational expenses for assigned projects; as needed;

Maintain Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for product specifications, user requirements, and project timelines.

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

Education

BS in business, science or a related field.

Relevant Years of Experience Required:

3+ years of demonstrated experience working with global customers and managing tasks required for time-sensitive projects. Experience in working with contract management a plus.
