Supply Chain Planning - Transformation Project Leader

Responsible for leading transformation projects within the North American Global Supply Chain Region. Requires with deep knowledge across E2E supply chain planning areas (SIOP / Demand Planning/ Downstream Planning/ Upstream Planning / Supply & Inventory / Replenishment/ Logistics) Lead cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives within Tools and Process. Support assigned manufacturing plants in developing & implementing standard processes within supply chain planning. Conducts Data analysis to assess supply/demand risks including best/worst case scenarios, and coordinate action plans to mitigate risks. Identifies hidden areas of opportunity for business process improvement to improve customer satisfaction while balancing supply and demand. Takes initiative and follows through to implement high impact projects. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives ensuring strong adoption for the end-users Monitors and reports key planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data. Position requires 30% travel within North America to Manufacturing plants for process planning, trainings, and competency support. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related discipline required. 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain strategies or networks that address supply/demand gaps in support of business goals. Expertise in Supply chain tools and systems including ERP systems and forecasting tools. Communication and leadership skills SAP and/or Kinaxis experience a plus Lean manufacturing experience a plus Supply Chain Certification is a plus (ASCM such as CPIM, CSCP, CLTD or ISM CPSM, APSM) Let us learn about you!
