DescriptionJob Title: Electrical ForemanJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee our electrical projects and supervise the team of electricians. The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently, according to code, and within budget. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating with project managers, conducting safety inspections, and providing leadership and technical expertise to the electrical team.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on various projectsInterpret electrical blueprints and specifications to delegate tasks and ensure complianceMonitor and maintain inventory of electrical materials and equipmentTrain, mentor, and evaluate electricians' performanceEnsure adherence to safety protocols and regulationsCommunicate with project managers, clients, and other trades to coordinate work schedulesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-siteProvide regular progress reports to project managersRequirements:Proven experience as an electrician with some supervisory or leadership experienceThorough knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and electrical equipmentUnderstanding of electrical blueprints and technical diagramsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesValid electrical journeyman or master's licenseOSHA 30-Hour certification is a plusApply here: https://app.meetladder.com/e/J-R-Electrical-xBj4EatTOM/Electrical-Foreman-Marietta-GA-WTu5RQt7bz
