The Location Manager will be responsible for the following:Operational Management:o Oversee the daily operations of the appointed shop location, ensuring optimal workflowand efficiency.o Monitor and ensure adherence to company protocols and procedures.o Maintain equipment and calibration tools in top working condition, coordinating regularservicing and repairs as needed.o Ensure staffing is appropriate to meet operational requirements.o Ensure that the shop operates within budgetary constraints, optimizing costs andreducing waste where possible.o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets, understanding their real-worldapplicationTeam Leadership:o Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians.o Ensure all staff receive the necessary training.o Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, safety, and continuousimprovement.Customer Service & Relationship Management:o Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfactionand addressing any concerns or issues promptly.o Collaborate with automotive service centers, dealerships, and fleet managers to growthe center’s customer base and maintain strong relationships.o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote the center’s services andattract new clients.o Assure shops are consistently delivering excellent customer service.o Set clear customer expectations and manage their perception of service quality.Compliance & Safety:o Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policiesat all times.o Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as necessary.o Stay updated on evolving ADAS technologies and regulatory requirements to keep thecenter at the forefront of the industry.Reporting & Administration:o Prepare and submit regular operational, financial, and safety reports to the Chief ofStaff.o Maintain accurate records of calibrations performed, equipment maintenance, stafftraining, and inventory levels.o Assist in forecasting and budgeting for the location.If you have at least 5+ years of experience in autobody repair operations and team management, possess excellent communication skills while being customer AND employee focused, enjoy working in a fast paced and diverse environment, have a proven track record of mentorship and development, are tech savvy and results driven than this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
