2025 Marketing Co-Op (Jan - June)
The Marketing Co-Op Program is a full-time, six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom.
This position reports into a Brand Team or Marketing Capabilities Team and is based at Summit, NJ.

Summit, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025)
Pay:
Anticipated hourly pay for thisposition is $20.00- $22.50 and will be based on candidate's program year, discipline and degree/experience

The Co-Op Program is a six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment offered in the Spring semester (January 2025-June 2025). Co-Ops who demonstrate strong performance & professionalism will be considered for the interview slate for our full-time Marketing Leadership Development Program.
As a Marketing Co-Op, you will become an integral part of a Consumer Brand Marketing or Marketing Capabilities team. You will be involved in projects that may include the following responsibilities:
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• You are legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Current undergraduate student in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree (at least sophomore) during duration of assignment
• You must be able to commit to 6 month duration - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for the length of the assignment (January 2025-June 2025)
• You should have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Pursuing education in Marketing or Business focus
• High level of motivation and demonstrated passion for marketing/brand management/digital marketing
• Leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm, passion, and focus
• Ability to craft strong, collaborative working relationships and encourage creative solutions by effectively working through conflicts
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• The ability to think strategically & visualize what might or could be, and to take a strategic approach to current issues and challenges
• The courage to what is right and display sound judgement
