Our company seeks a motivated individual living in Northern California to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to build and develop a sales region from the ground up while leveraging an existing dealer base to expand and grow within the region. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within the Southwest (including
Northern California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado ) regions.
Remote position (corporate headquarters based in Oklahoma City ) The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within the Northwest and Southwest regions, demonstrating familiarity with the market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape specific to each area, and
live in the Northern California area .
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior management to implement sales strategies aligning with company objectives and vision.Collaborate on developing short-term and long-term sales plans, leveraging insights to drive business growth and regional market expansion.Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, potential clients, and regional trends.Utilize market data, industry reports, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and target high-potential market segments.Drive lead-generation efforts through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.Identify and engage with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to generate sales leads and opportunities.Build strong relationships with clients, dealerships, commercial builders, hospitality establishments, restaurants, and direct consumers.Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to provide customized solutions and exceptional customer experiences.Oversee the development and growth of the sales team as revenue and market presence expand within the region.Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to enhance sales team members' skills and capabilities.Continuously optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.Implement best practices, sales tools, and CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve sales performance metrics.Collaborate closely with senior management to improve product development, enhance customer support initiatives, and drive overall business growth.Provide valuable insights and support on ideation and implementation of new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns.Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to evaluate sales performance and make data-driven decisions.Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends to senior management.Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.Uphold the company's values, integrity, and reputation while conducting business with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.Proven track record in converting leads to successful sales closures.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.Knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the region.Base Salary:
The Regional Sales Manager will receive a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
Commission Structure:
A generous commission structure will provide significant earning potential based on sales performance. The commission will be uncapped, allowing for unlimited earnings potential. The exact commission rates and structure will be discussed during the interview and tailored to align with the candidate's experience and expectations.
Total Compensation:
The compensation package, including base salary and commission earnings, is anticipated to range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually. However, top-performing individuals can potentially exceed these figures significantly based on sales achievements.
Extensive travel within the designated regions, estimated to be approximately 50%, will be required to effectively manage client relationships, conduct market analysis, and support the sales team.The company will cover travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals.
