About the Role : We are seeking an Internal Technology Support Specialist to join our team in Pennington, NJ. This role involves providing basic troubleshooting support for MS applications and proprietary systems to a global user base over the phone. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office applications and excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with our systems and processes.
Responsibilities :Provide basic troubleshooting support for MS applications and proprietary systems via phoneAssist users with MS Office application suite usage and troubleshooting - Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve technology issuesMeet or exceed performance targets related to call handling and customer serviceUtilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents EducationQualification :
3-5 years of experience in Internal Employee Technology Support role - Technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and iOS (iPad/iPhone)Experience in a Technology Call Center or Customer Service role is desiredRequired Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office application suite - Strong customer service skillsAbility to troubleshoot technology issues over the phoneFamiliarity with Windows 10/11 and iOS (iPad/iPhone)Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
