The candidate will work on complex commercial and business litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules, be highly motivated and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be diligent, high energy, and possess excellent research and writing skills. Must be able to work well independently, manage myriad deadlines and thrive in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel along with general business and commercial litigation skills.
The position offers the candidate the opportunity to assume significant responsibility, oversee case management and have frequent client contact on important matters. The candidate must have strong academic credentials and be a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
