Practice Summary: Greenberg Traurig's Litigation Department comprises more than 600 litigators in 36 offices throughout the United States and in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Our department's global platform distinctively positions us to address the needs of both domestic and international clients. We continue to build on a practice base that, while very broad, is nonetheless refined to serve the unique industry, practice, and jurisdictional needs of our diverse client base.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience in the state of Colorado and be prepared to work on complex litigation matters in federal and state courts in Colorado and elsewhere. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules and the federal and state courts, be highly motivated and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be diligent, high energy, have initiative, and possess excellent writing skills. Must be able to work well independently, manage myriad deadlines and thrive in a team environment. The candidate should have experience with taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel along with general litigation skills. The annualized salary range for this position (not including bonus opportunities) is $185,000 to $205,000. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
