Global 100; the Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.Candidates should have 4-6 years of patent litigation experience, specifically looking for a background in electrical engineering and/or computer science.Must have experience with all aspects of patent litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation.This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred.
