to join our GROWING team in
Rapid City, South Dakota .This person will be responsible for monitoring work flow dispatching our drivers and being the heartbeat of the operation.Pay Range: $21 - $24 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pmJob Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills
Roles:- Dispatching drivers to various locations- Coordinating schedules and routes- Communicating with drivers and customers- Monitoring vehicle tracking systems
Responsibilities:- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services- Handle customer inquiries and complaints- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities- Collaborate with team members to optimize operations
