The Applications Support will join a cohesive team of engineers and IT professionals that work behind the scenes to ensure our over 150+ applications are running smoothly.In this role you will plan, implement, test, document, and maintain enterprise-wide engineering application software using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Experience or aptitude for software license management products such as FlexLM, Elan, HASP, or Sentinel, or FlexNet Manager is a plus. In this role, you will analyze and identify all or part of existing software and requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs of our engineering customers. This role requires scripting ability utilizing languages such as PowerShell, PERL, Python, C#, and shell scripts. Must be proficient in Microsoft Server and operating . Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, and ensures integration of the applications with the engineering environment. Ability to obtain US Security clearance required and Security+ certification required within 6 months of hire.

Experience with Windows and scripting using languages such as PERL, Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting, basic knowledge of engineering.Desired Skills:Experience with software license management.
Experience with installation and maintenance of COTS software packages.
Experience with automation of software installations.Programming experience a plus.
Experience with IT customer service
Experience with basic computer troubleshootingSecurity Clearance Statement:
