You'll be required to apply your skills and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner with stakeholders across the bank on a daily basis. This role focuses on our small business customers and the corresponding digital banking platform, including mobile applications for iOS and Android and web interfaces. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. Share with the team(s): Product Vision and MVP Product Roadmap creation and prioritization Vendor comparison and selection Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders throughout the bank to prioritize deliverables Understand and define the stakeholders' needs Facilitate the conversation between business and IT Identify gaps between the customer requirements and the development team Grooms Release backlog using the following as needed: User Story Writing/Mapping Assisting the Product Manager in preparing the definition of "ready" Functional decompositions Flow Charts Design iteration and feedback with our UX/UI team Competitor analysis Business case creation Capabilities Responsibilities: Collect user requirements and feedback from business, technology, and operations stakeholders Document user requirements in standard format, translating business requirements into specification for development teams Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, demos, retrospective, maintaining JIRA user stories and epics Assist the Product Manager with iteration level decision making, as needed Clearly articulate and communicate Product Owner's Vision Participate in established Communities of Practice across the various teams ensuring collaboration Breakdown epics into stories Test the user stories for accuracy and compliance to ensure undisputed acceptance and validation of stories to meet product performance goals Assist/coordinate the User Acceptance Testing event of the delivered user stories which includes: Reporting Metrics: Key focus on KPI development, tracking, and presentation to senior leaders Coordinate track progress of test script writing Coordinate track progress of test execution Roll up defects and analyze trends Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.). Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training. Identifies and reports suspicious activity. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant business experience required. EXPERIENCE 4 - 6 years experience delivering complex projects in an Agile methodology required. 4 - 6 years experience leveraging tools such as JIRA / Confluence required. Banking Industry or Fintech experience preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Agile (CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO) preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must have understanding of software quality assurance testing, script writing and execution, traceability matrix, and defect tracking.
