This includes resource development, data analysis, and reporting of results. You will represent MHC in key malnutrition-related industry partnerships.Key Responsibilities:* Leads and directs the corporate malnutrition team* Assists with the management of the client and business relationships within Morrison Healthcare* Ensures adherence/compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as Morrison Healthcare policy* Plans and forecasts annual business plan that outlines objectives, costs, strategies, and target dates. Presents strategic recommendations in malnutrition program to senior management for business growth and opportunity* Develops and implements tools/resources and training programs* Directs and supports the development and expansion of MyMalnutritionTools* Analyzes quality nutrition metrics from the malnutrition program* Coordinates the NFPE training programQualifications:* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, Master degree preferred* Minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute care environment* Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR* Excellent working knowledge of CMS regulations* Proficient with computers and basic operating systems* Willingness to travel
