Position Title: DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SUPPORT-MALNUTRITION PROGRAM

Reports To: Sr. Director of Clinical Services

Salary: $110,000-$120,000

Job Summary

In this role, you will direct the functions of the MHC malnutrition improvement program. This includes resource development, data analysis, and reporting of results. You will represent MHC in key malnutrition-related industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads and directs the corporate malnutrition team

Assists with the management of the client and business relationships within Morrison Healthcare

Ensures adherence/compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as Morrison Healthcare policy

Plans and forecasts annual business plan that outlines objectives, costs, strategies, and target dates. Presents strategic recommendations in malnutrition program to senior management for business growth and opportunity

Develops and implements tools/resources and training programs

Directs and supports the development and expansion of MyMalnutritionTools

Analyzes quality nutrition metrics from the malnutrition program

Coordinates the NFPE training program

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, Master degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an acute care environment

Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR

Excellent working knowledge of CMS regulations

Proficient with computers and basic operating systems

Willingness to travel
