We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring its security, compliance, and efficient operation. The Network Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing network performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation:

Designs and deploys functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).

Configures and installs various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN).

Develops and executes network plans and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Monitors network performance and integrity.

Resolves network issues promptly and efficiently.

Performs network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.

Security and Compliance:

Implements security measures and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Conducts regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Maintains and updates network security protocols.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintains accurate network documentation and creates detailed network diagrams.

Prepares and presents reports on network performance, security, and usage.

Collaboration and Support:

Works closely with IT team members, providing technical support and guidance.

Collaborates with other departments to understand their networking needs and provides solutions.

Trains and mentors junior network staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in network architecture and security, with a focus on cloud network architecture and securityStrong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures, including but not limited to TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, SD-WAN, Routing Protocols, VoIP and cloud networkingProven experience in developing and implementing global network architecture strategies within a large-scale enterprise environmentFamiliarity with network monitoring and management tools, as well as security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and authentication protocolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and propose effective solutionsStrong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading network-related projects from initiation to completionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and a commitment to qualityRelevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are highly desirable

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
