Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk technician to join the service desk team. This person will be joining the Regional Service Desk support team that is responsible for providing technical support to retailors within the US, Canada & Brazil. This person will need to have strong communication skills and flexible personality.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience providing technical support within the retail space

Must have experience troubleshooting all point-of-sale equipment within the retail space including PC computers, Scan guns & printers for receipt printing

Experience with Service now ticketing systems

Strong attention to detail & good communication

Extremely proficient providing support via phone, email, ticketing or in person null
