This role is responsible for pricing, data analysis and manipulation, program management support, and contract and proposal coordination for Federal Aerospace and Defense contracts. The successful applicant will have strong mathematical skills, writing/editing experience, familiarity with program coordination, as well as knowledge in government contracting.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and track deliverables with program personnelInterpret, compile, edit, and proofread text and data from various sources for use in technical documents, reports, and proposalsResearch and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support customer bid and proposal effortsAssist in the development, operation, and enforcement of internal controls and protocolsAnalyze data and prepare reports related to individual programs/contracts including monthly reports, weekly funding summaries, and contract life cycle statusBuild pricing for programs by collecting inputs, costs, and schedules from functional departmentsManage the review and tracking of documentation changes and approvals to support the contract acceptance processQualifications
Education and/or Experience : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceLanguage Skills: Able to read, write, and understand EnglishMathematical Skills : AdvancedReasoning Ability : Must be able to multi-task in an environment where prioritization is consistently changing while ensuring all responsibilities are addressed.Computer Skills : Role requires significant use of Excel and other software. Must be able to understand Excel formulas and impact of data inputs in complex spreadsheets.General Job Requirements
