Manages administrative tasks and provides high quality customer service to guests and customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Opens the building lobby for normal business hours and secures the lobby for closingGreets plant visitors and assists with entry requirementsScreens visitors for ITAR compliance and maintains visitor management systemReceives outside phone calls, properly directs them and/or records messagesProcesses incoming and outgoing parcelCoordinates customer meetings and lunches as requestedMaintains the visitor breakroom and restocks suppliesAssists with employee onboarding activitiesAssists with distributing plant correspondence, plant event planning and maintains the plant calendarOther duties may be assignedQualifications
Prior administrative experience preferred.Must be able to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing.Ability to solve basic calculations.Basic problem solving.Working knowledge of Office 365Capable traversing to and from all areas of plant.General Job Requirements
