PURPOSE

As a Technical Program Manager, the candidate will own and coordinate post Beta stages of the FormFactor Product Lifecycle Process. This includes managing multiple PLC programs at once as they are being introduced into Manufacturing from the R&D team, including building project schedules, matrix managing stakeholders and their respective deliverables, and ensuring the product is ready for release to volume production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Drive the Product Lifecycle Process (PLC) to commercialize Probes Business Unit products* Manage all post Beta program details (internal alignment liaison, resource allocation, deliverable management)* Identify Risk and Mitigation Plan (using tools such as FMEA)* Define deliverables, specification and PLC exit criteria (cpk, process maturity, etc)* Develop and monitor detailed project plans at each product development stage for maximum efficiency* Oversee the product deployment process and assist in the integration process* Cross functional management skills* Lead Task forces* Provide Program Management b-weekly updates* Drive continuous process capability and yield improvements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS* Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering or Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.* Preferred level of experience: minimum 5 years undergraduate, 3-5 years if Masters, or 1-2 years as PhD* Organizational skills and work with close attention to details* Good written and interpersonal communication skills* Proficient in M/S Office suite* Ideal to have RF experience* Self starter* PMP certification* Data collection and analysis skills a plus* Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and tools, such as JMP, a plus* Able to work with a team delivering results effectively

The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $163,400 and $210,815. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
