Tax Director

As the Tax Director, you will be responsible for leading the tax team and working collaboratively as a leader with the US and commensurate foreign locations and will oversee the implementation of US corporate tax policies and recommend ways to minimize corporate tax liability in compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the Head of Tax department by leading a team of tax professionalsManage all aspects of federal and state income, franchise, property, sales & use and international aspects from a US perspectiveOversee and review tax return preparation and ensure timely payment of taxesManage tax department for budget purposesPerform tax analyses and provide support for operational processes and projectsBe a liaison for external tax advisors for all federal, state, and local tax mattersAnalyze legislative and regulatory tax law developments to develop and communicate measures

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or FinanceCPA highly preferred10+ years of tax experience either in a corporate environment or combination of corporate and public accounting, of which 4+ years of management experience requiredStrong knowledge of tax technical areas such as applicable federal and state corporate income tax, international tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing
