High school diploma or equivalentAdministrative professional experience is preferredSales or Customer Service experience is preferredProficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to Manage a large volume of emails and phone calls dailyProcess-oriented, organized, fast and accurate and able to work under pressure and meet project timeline goalsAttention to detail, commitment to quality, results driven, and Player focusedExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as email and phone etiquetteAbility to Manage a large volume of emails and phone calls daily
