Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Healthcare Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementationPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate toolsDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraintsManage the contract buyout process, including negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendorsCoordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownersEnsure compliance with all building codes and regulationsManage and oversee the installation of MEP systemsDevelop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedulesEnsure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project successQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects.Experience with project management, scheduling, budgets, contract buyout, and subcontractor managementStrong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in MS Office and project management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team
