What You'll Do
Provide analytical, reporting, and strategic support to the HMD commercial team and other business partners.
Lead the sales compensation annual forecasting process.
Lead the HMD finance commercial forecast.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the commercial organization’s recognition awards program.
Maintain/build reports and perform actionable analyses to support growth and profitability.
Serve as the point of contact for compensation and forecast-related questions.
Liaison between compensation, commercial and FP&A.
Drive share of wallet opportunities between RSD & HMD.
Lead process improvement initiatives for HMD finance through PPI/AI/etc.
Perform other duties and project support as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
Demonstrate robust financial acumen in areas such as financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, internal control, and technical accounting knowledge.

Proven ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, and draw conclusions from ambiguous data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear and concise analysis to management.

Proven experience in participating on cross-functional teams and building organizational relationships.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and make wise decisions.

Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and COGNOS; skills in Database (SQL), Visual Basic, and AI are preferred.
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
5-10 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate the business impact in financial terms.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to partner with functional leaders to achieve business objectives.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage diverse responsibilities.
Ability to perform under pressure and balance multiple assignments.
