This also includes various clerical and administrative tasks to aid in supporting the day-to-day activities of this location. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of organization to ensure all customer orders are processed and ready for pick-up. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with accuracy.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

include but are not limited to:Customer Interaction:

Greet customers at the will-call counter in a friendly and professional manner. Answer telephone calls from customers, shippers, sales reps, and managers, and direct them to the appropriate party.Order Processing:

Take both internal and external sales orders, accurately enter them into the order processing system, and verify details. Process invoices, bills of landing, and other documents related to customer orders and inventory transfers.Order Fulfillment:

Organize and prepare customer orders for pick-up. Verify that all items match the order details, including product type, quantity, and quality.Customer Issue Resolution:

Assist in resolving any customer-related issues, both internal and external, to ensure customer satisfaction.Clerical Support:

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, mail distribution, and basic reporting functions.Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of transactions, including invoices, receipts, and legally required documents.

Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; related experience or training in customer service is a plus.Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service environment preferred. Beverage distribution support experience is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with order processing systems and inventory software.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy.Physical DemandsRegularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and telephone.Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.Must follow safety procedures when handling products, equipment, or operating in warehouse environment.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
