Quality Control Administrator

to join us in working on advanced aerospace, commercial, general aviation, and military programs around the world.

**__ Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Assist in maintaining and organizing quality documentation, including inspection reports, certifications, and compliance records.

Assist in creating and updating quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and forms.

Track and monitor quality objective and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure timely updates to reports and dashboards.

Support the Quality Manager in coordinating audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Support the tracking of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring timely responses to quality issues.

Assist in the documentation and follow-up of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions

Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Assist in coordinating employee training related to quality standards and maintain up-to-date training records.

Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Have Qualifications, Not Required:

Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS)
