As a Sr. Data Analyst you will:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists and to identify and prioritize AI/ML use casesUnderstand business use cases/functionality and recommend and develop appropriate solution in Azure ML platformDevelop, maintain, and improve the CI/CD framework for large scale model testing, evaluation, and optimizationAssist with process development for document based and web-based data extraction and natural language processing (NLP)Participate in researching large language models (LLMs) and its applications for dataDevelop novel solutions for automation using AI/ML technology and other new advancements in the field • Use data technology skills to gather and understand large data setsPresent summarized procedures, results, and business recommendationsMentor new hires in the team and provide guidance on associated projectsSupport and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectivesAll employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues, incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the ISO Team, Management or their SupervisorOther tasks and projects as directed by managementThe ideal candidate will have:
Graduate degree (Master's or above) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Applied Statistics or related quantitative field from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience1+ year work experience specific to model development and deployment in Azure ML platform (CI/CD)2+ years of work experience related to Data Science or and/or engineering preferredWork experience with at least one of the following areas of ML: computer vision, semantic analysis, document processing and/or speech analysisProficient in Azure ML Studio functionalities, MLOps pipeline and computational programming (Python, C++ etc.)Well versed with API management and integration with data sources in Azure MLExposure to related Azure Services such as Azure AI, Data Factory etc. preferredExperience in supervised & unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, time series forecasting, Bayesian statistics, and optimizationAbility to manage and manipulate large data setsAbility to interpret data and iterate approaches to identify best ML solutionsDemonstrate ownership and responsibility of projects with adequate research skillsDemonstrate commitment to continuous learning and development of problem-solving skillsDesire to succeed and assume increasing levels of leadership responsibilityAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
