Overview
Procurement/Licensing Analyst (PEO C3T):
Bowhead is seeking a Procurement/Licensing Analyst to support the PEOC3T contract located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Procurement/Licensing Analyst will work within multiple groups and the PMs to integrate application capabilities.
Responsibilities
Assist with capturing SW license requirements for annual procurement and workflow automation within ServiceNow or similar platformsCollaborate with PMs to streamline the documentation and tracking of HW/SW assets
Assist in developing and maintaining configuration management databases, ensuring data integrity. Provide configuration management engineering in multiple CS component area for C5ISR systems
Apply data analysis skills to identify opportunities for improving data structures and integration processes.
Scrutinize a data set; identify and evaluate data anomalies, missing data, what doesn't add up and complete data refinement
Develop business process workflows; develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap outlining the evolution and enhancement of configuration management capabilities
Participate in Configuration Control Boards and other relevant forums
Qualifications
BA/BS from an accredited college or university preferred Engineering or Computer Science and 3- 5 years of experience performing similar duties in a DoD environment; will consider additional experience in lieu of education
MS Excel experience mid/ advanced level
Excellent Communication skills
Detail oriented
Can work independently
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
