IDR is seeking an Teammate Relations Advisor to join one of our top healthcare clients onsite in Denver, CO. This will be a contract position with potential to extend. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Teammate Relations Advisor:
Interpret and apply policies, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, coaching and clarification for teammate relations and policy questions; staying current on employment laws and policiesRespond to, and if appropriate, escalate general teammate relations issues received from all levels of teammatesMaintain required documentation within case management system (Ethics Point/Workday/Spot), including intake, investigative notes, supporting documents and final reportsResolve teammate relations issues, including: gathering and analyzing evidence, applying relevant laws, policies and past practices to reach appropriate outcomesProvide guidance, assisting with development and delivery of appropriate feedback, including Performance Improvement Plans or other corrective/disciplinary actionsProvide consultation, support, guidance and coaching to managers and others to address teammate behavior and performance concernsCoach and advise managers on how to resolve low risk employee disagreements, conflicts or misunderstandings, escalating to appropriate PS contact as needed
Required Skills for the Teammate Relations Advisor:
Two (2) or more years of HR experience with employee relations responsibility (preferred)Large multi-site company experience preferredCertified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) in Human Resources (preferred)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; Human Resource Management or other related field preferred

Compensation Details: $21/hr
