Dalton is seeking an experienced
Senior Digital Media Manager
to join our dynamic paid media team, leading a large healthcare account. As a Senior Digital Media Manager, you will play a key role in digital media planning, strategy, implementation and campaign management while maximizing conversions and ROI for our clients' business. This new role can be located in one of our (3) locations. Atlanta, Jacksonville FL, or Nashville.What you'll be doing in the role:Develop and implement effective digital media strategies aligned with clients business objectives (60% paid search/40% paid social + other digital media)Hands on with research, strategy, planning, campaign execution, implementation and optimizationsOversee end-to-end management of digital media campaigns across various platforms including the Google Ads suite, as well as various social media platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to budget constraintsConduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimizationMonitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and conversionsCollaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative and web dev, to implement digital media recommendationsStay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing technologies and developments to implement cutting edge strategiesWhat you'll bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related fieldFive (5) years experience in digital media planning and activation, with at least three (3)years managing & owning campaignsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholdersProven experience in Google Ads (includes paid search, YouTube, Pmax, Demand Gen, GDN, etc.) Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, display/video, etc.Fluent in web site tagging and Google Tag ManagerKnowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 and SEM Rush (Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plusAgency Offerings:Including but not limited to:Flexible work schedule with remote work one day per week (4 days in office, 1 day remote)Dog-friendly officePaid cell phone service + discounted new phoneSubsidized covered parking10 paid holidays plus the week between Christmas and New Year'sFlexible PTO401k plan with automatic company match (additional discretionary employer profit-sharing contribution)Parental leave for primary and non-primary caregiversMedical insurance for employee + dependents (5 PPO and 3 High-Deductible options)HSA option (only w/ High-Deductible medical plan); Health care flex spending optionDental and vision insuranceEmployer-paid life, AD&D insurance, voluntary disability insuranceWellbeing assistanceAdoption assistanceA fun, fast-paced, and collaborative work environmentIt is the Agency's policy not to discriminate against any applicant for employment, or any employee because of age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
