Your challenges

Responsibilities:Project Management: Drive activities for the marketing team ensuring deliverables are achieved on-time

Operational Support: Be the go-to person for digital marketing operational tasks and provide exceptional support

Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing channels such as email, social media and search

Data, Analytics & Leads: Own reporting tracking for digital marketing activities and overall campaign results

Marketing Automation: Develop programs in marketing automation platform (Marketo) by following campaign briefs, make recommendations, test programs, identify problems and troubleshoot solutions

Email Marketing: Ensure email calendar is up-to-date, create internal and external emails by building programs/emails, editing images, and pull and upload lists

Social Media: Ensure social media calendar is up-to-date, build and deploy social media posts with optimized layout, hashtags, etc., respond to DMs, manage social media Pen requests and distribution according to our policy

Paid Search & Display: Manage keywords & ads for paid search and GDN campaigns. Work with stakeholders on optimization. Ensure budget is spent according to plan.

Digitals Ads: Create digital ads for 3rd party website according to the editorial calendar

Optimization: Make ongoing recommendations for optimization of individual activities and overall campaigns identify areas of improvement, provide overviews of best practices

Tracking: Ensure UTM criteria are in tracking system (Terminus). Create UTM codes for digital channels to ensure all URLs are tracked appropriately

Metrics: Use tools to pull data and input data into trackers

Reporting: Build slides for reporting as requested

Oversee purchase orders for digital channels by submit contracts and agreements for POs, code requests correctly, track progress, send POs to vendors as needed

Up to 10% travel requirement within the Market Region and internationally

Your expertise

Completed (Bachelor's) degree in marketing, communications or similar concentration

Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in marketing

Life science industry experience desirable

Experience in an international and matrixed organization. Ideally working with cross-cultural teams

Professional competence, special knowledge (e.g. languages, IT)Skilled in project management to achieve deliverables on time and in-scope

Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Portuguese and Spanish an advantage

Working knowledge of marketing automation systems (Marketo)

Experience with digital platforms & tools (Google Ads, GDN and Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn)

Familiar with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
