Our corporate office is located at 2737 W Grand Pkwy N, Katy, TX 77449.What you'll Do:The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and rolling out SEO Optimization, Social Media Campaigns, Email Activation, Paid Advertising, and Promotions for Sprinkler Warehouse. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Sprinkler Warehouse Digital Operations team and with the Corporate Digital Marketing Department of Heritage Landscape Supply Group to achieve these goals.The ideal candidate should be able to report on KPIs and show progress on enhancements. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience on Digital Marketing and eCommerce businesses.Build strategies for growth and customer acquisition for eCommerce, helping take Sprinkler Warehouse to the next level.Search engine optimization (SEO) - Support eCommerce Content Specialist in development of product detail pages or content pages that exceed standards; ensuring content is robust, SEO optimized, and keyword rich.

Collaborate with in-house web team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Manage Google ads/analytics, Amazon advertising, and all paid social media channels.Keep up-to-date on all current digital channels. Must know how to "onboard," optimize, and write relevant content, and manage social media on a day-to-day basis.Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.Develop, execute, and lead eCommerce paid media campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation & maintenance. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve future performance, efficiency, and spend. Work with 3rd Party vendor to manage our Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.Identify KPIs and track performance metrics, utilize these key insights to develop new business strategies. Present and communicate progress against KPIs. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Develop audience growth strategies that leverage organic acquisition and social media channels, driving database and subscriber growth.Deploy email marketing campaigns based on promotions availability, educational resources, or customer behavior.Track progress and drive continuous improvement to acquisition funnels via analysis and optimization; identify and validate improvements through research, internal/external feedback, and eCommerce best practices.Plan and organize promotional presentations; update calendars.Manage Social Media Channels and Location Listing, providing on-time response and creating content that drives engagement.Collaborates with Sprinkler Warehouse team to develop content strategy, social, and promotional calendar on a Monthly basis.Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.Requirements We Look For:Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered instead of a degree.3 plus years of relevant experience in various digital marketing rolesA minimum of two years of exposure to a marketing automation platform: examples: Hubspot, Marketo or PardotKnowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques best practicesKnowledge of email marketing and marketing automation techniques for eCommerce, experience with email marketing platforms, such as: Hubspot, Pardot, Dot Digital.Experience in eCommerce B2C channel required, preferably Magento platform.Required hands-on experience creating paid advertising campaigns.
