Our company is seeking a skilled and dependable Division Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and direct all Area Project Managers, related to construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems thereby providing overall administrative and tactical direction for construction projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and implementing project work as required. Quality and customer satisfaction are paramount.Primary Duties:Understand and execute the Owner contract, work plans, addenda, and specificationsHelp prepare job sites by cleaning, removing debris, and setting up equipmentPrepare contracts and negotiate revision and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsSchedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlinesComplete monthly billing for each projectHandle, review, and approve all submittalsComplete the buy-out process and purchase materials for projectsWork in the field when needed and where possibleProficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to demonstrate the competencies of achieving results, communication, collaboration, and buildingQualifications:5+ years of industry experience supervising construction projectsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentKnowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal servicesKeep project team well informed of changesAbility to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasksKnowledge of construction tools and equipmentExcellent communication skillsStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work in a team environmentOther Requirements:Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or moreMust be able to stand, stoop, bend, and climb for extended periods of timeMust be able to work in various weather conditionsCompetitive Salary and Benefit Package for Proven LeadersJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid time offLife and DisabilitySimple IRA with employer matchPerformance BonusesCell phone allowanceVehicle allowanceMileage reimbursementSchedule:Monday - Friday in office8-hour shiftDay shiftEvenings and Weekends as neededWork Location: This role is an in-person office position and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with a passionate team, interact with clients and colleagues face-to-face, and contribute to our vibrant office culture.License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Ability to Commute:Louisville, KYWillingness to travel:50% (Required)
