Contracts Administrator

to be a critical part of our Contracts Team. In this role, you'll manage unique and complex government programs through every phase of the contract lifecycle, from proposal development to closeout.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with Program Managers to promptly address contractual needs.

Assist in proposal development and capture efforts for new or follow-on business.

Lead:

Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Manage multiple programs and balance competing priorities effectively.

Negotiate:

Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, and other contract documents.

Represent Ridgeline in regular in-person customer meetings in the National Capital Region.

Administer:

Oversee contract files and maintain meticulous records in Deltek Costpoint.

Manage day-to-day contract actions and prepare official correspondence and deliverables.

What You’ll Achieve in Six Months:

Gain a deep understanding of our unique customer base and the federal contracting landscape we operate in.

Evaluate and enhance current contract processes to align with Ridgeline’s objectives.

Independently manage your own portfolio of contracts, providing critical support to our Program Managers and customers.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in our Tysons Corner office, requiring 3-4 days per week on-site, with occasional travel to client sites in the National Capital Region.

Experience:

Candidates must have solid experience in federal contracting.

What We’re Looking For: **

Must-Haves:

Active Security Clearance

Bachelor’s Degree and 3-8 years of relevant experience in federal contracting (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Experience working in government contracting

In-depth knowledge of federal contracting and proficiency with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Ability to support regular in-person meetings in the National Capital Region.

Proactive problem-solving approach.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with CostPoint Project Setup.

Professional certification (CPCM/CFCM).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
