Roblox is recruiting a Senior IT Auditor to perform technical audits and build relationships with leaders across Finance and Engineering. This is a highly visible opportunity where you can have a measurable impact at a growing company. As the IT Audit Senior, you will be responsible for evaluating technical aspects of systems, databases, processes and controls; identifying IT control gaps and partnering with business and engineering teams on remediation items. You will also coordinate with external auditors and process owners to enable completion of testing. In addition, part of this role will include evaluating new systems and products and supporting business partners where necessary to ensure their areas are operationally efficient and compliant with regulatory frameworks. The success of this role will be based on building strong relationships and testing internal controls to ensure objectives are effectively achieved and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements are met.You Will:
Identify, evaluate and document the test of design and test of operating effectiveness of the company's IT controls.Monitor and update SOX scoping analysis to confirm in-scope systems and tools.Identify and assist the Finance and Engineering teams in the implementation of IT SOX controls to adequately mitigate risks associated with new products or entities.Guide the business in developing action plans to remediate control deficiencies.Monitor controls and follow-up on all outstanding audit issues and progress of corresponding corrective actions.Coordinate SOX program testing with co-sourced internal audit IT team members, external audit IT team members, control owners and managersBuild and maintain Risk and Control Matrices and coordination of SOX testing in the SOX compliance tool.Create a sustainable structure to enable efficient controls testing in the futureProvide periodic updates to the team on the status of internal controls testing.Manage and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with all levels of management, stakeholders and external auditors .You Have:BA/BS (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems or a related fieldRecognized professional certification(s): CISA or CISSP3+ years of relevant IT audit and SOX experience, technology industry experience preferredStrong understanding of IT auditing standards and techniques, financial and operational risks and controls, SOX and COSO frameworkAdept at assessing complex IT and business processes environments to identify potential IT, financial, operational, and compliance risksThe highest level of integrity and ethicsAbility to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects to achieve target deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFor roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

$131,180-$160,700 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
