What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Workflow Business Analyst, who can engage with our Department of State client to support meeting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M21-31 logging requirements, as well as advancing the Zero Trust data and logging requirements. Duties will include:

Supporting the creation of architectural documentsBuilding business process flow diagramsLeading collaboration meetings with the client to support the creation of the workflow diagrams.Coordinating support across multiple contract teams to derive requirements.Coordinating the collaboration efforts across the Guidehouse contract team to support workflow and technical architecture.Working within Guidehouse for support with the client's requirements.What You Will Need:

Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelor's DegreeFOUR (4) years of experience in business analysisAbility to work onsite up to 3 days/week on client site(s) in the DMVWhat Would Be Nice To Have:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearanceExperience supporting federal client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by Zero Trust.Understanding of Splunk, Databricks and Data LakehouseSuccessful enterprise scale implementations within Information SecurityExperience mentoring junior consultants.

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.What We Offer :
