What You Will Do :

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our Defense and Security Segment to support the Department of State. The Agile Scrum Master will serve as a focal point for delivering Agile support and expertise to the government.

The Individual will regularly interact with senior government officials, staff, and will be engaged in a diverse set of program-specific tasks related to the Department's transformative systems. The individual should possess a willingness to be flexible in supporting numerous work products and deliverables.

Tasks include:

Serve as Scrum Master across multiple teamsAnalyze requirements, developer experiences, performance metrics, and infrastructure trends to assist the client in making decisionsAssist and facilitate scaled Agile development processes and maintain clear, actionable Azure DevOps (ADO) workflowsWork closely with Technical Leads to define features and prioritize with work items by assessing priority and impactCollaborate with the team to resolve blockers and dependenciesWhat You Will Need :

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelor's DegreeFOUR (4) years professional experience with at least ONE (1) as a Scrum MasterWhat Would Be Nice To Have :

Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner/Product Manager, etc.)Experience leading teams using scaled Agile methodsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and experience implementing at a Federal programStrong written and oral communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsStrong time-management and prioritization skillsAbility to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and othersFlexibility, agility, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as to work independently.Experience/knowledge working in Azure DevOpsExperience working in scaled Agile teamsSelf-motivated with innate organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple work streams against tight deadlines.Comfort in functioning as both a business partner as well as a subject matter expert; ability to understand and weigh long- and short-term budget considerations; and to communicate complex decision points to clientsStrong interpersonal skills; ability to build relations with and communicate across all levels of staff and leadership, along with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups.Experience building project plans, status reports, and other content for executive leadership which promote efficient decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.What We Offer :
