This individual will develop and execute growth strategies, optimize the customer journey, and leverage data to identify areas for improvement. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive product marketing initiatives, ensuring our messaging resonates across all market segments, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with product features and market needs. You will also oversee the launch and promotion of new products, optimize marketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and reactivation, and identify opportunities to expand market share.The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced startups and demonstrate a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate a world-class growth strategy for the company, focusing on a deep understanding of the user journey infinity loop.Consolidate and lead a top-tier growth teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Product, and Sales, to align growth strategies with business goals.Lead the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation while analyzing the campaigns performance.Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure alignment between product features, market needs, and marketing efforts.Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, expand market share, and optimize product positioning in a competitive landscape.Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.Desired Background7+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles in fast-growing startups.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and collaborating with various departments.Proven track record in growth marketingProficiency in data analytics and performance tracking tools.Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to think strategically.Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.Passion for the influencer or creator economy is a plus.What we offerOpportunities to grow and developWorking remotely in a diverse and fast paced startupGreat compensation package in USDStock Options
