We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our diverse construction projects. Superintendent Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Superintendent with extensive experience in commercial construction, with a primary focus on restaurant projects, as well as experience in retail, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Superintendent Responsibilities: Oversee daily on-site operations for various commercial construction projects, including restaurants, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and hotels. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and building regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise promptly. Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and designers throughout the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process. Superintendent Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a specific focus on restaurant, retail, healthcare, or hospitality projects. Proven track record of managing successful projects across multiple sectors. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately. Knowledge of local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
