We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. This individual will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company\'s culture. They will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. This individual will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company\'s culture. They will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
Job Responsibilities:
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projectsDecide on suitable strategies and objectivesCoordinate cross-project activitiesLead and evaluate project managersDevelop and control deadlines, budgets and activitiesApply change, risk and resource managementDevelop relevant KPI\'s and assess program performanceResolve projects\' higher scope issuesPrepare reports for program directors, and other executive leadershipOrganize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organizationDevelop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvementTrack budgets and operating plans for the programAnalyze and mitigate program risksResponsible for driving adherence to the IT PML
Scope: (Include scope/ complexity of the role that can be measured and are pertinent to the roles responsibilities)
Responsible for managing 3 - 5 project managersResponsible for program budget accountability and reportingResponsible for managing and driving KPI\'s to include budget, scope and schedule PCR\'s and reporting

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Master\'s degree in related field preferred
5+ years\' experience as Sr. Project Manager, preferably in a technology environment
8+ years\' experience as Program Manager
PMP preferred
