As the Sr. Product Manager Technical for the AWS Events mobile app, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how millions of customers interact with AWS events globally. You'll drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of a mobile platform that will evolve beyond enhancing the attendee experiences to a GenAI-first mobile application customers around the globe will rely on daily.
Key job responsibilities
Own multiple product lifecycle aspects of the AWS Events mobile app, from 0 to 1 conception to launch and ongoing improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and event operators to define and prioritize business needs
Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions
Manage the app's technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with AWS event strategies and leveraging the latest in mobile and cloud technologies, focussing on a GenAI-first approach
Drive the adoption of AWS services within the app, showcasing our technologies in action
Oversee the app's performance, security, and scalability to handle high-traffic events like re:Invent
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across AWS to ensure the app meets diverse event needs

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
