#CA-SSInvolves the restoration of patient's respiratory and pulmonary function; alleviates pain; plans and administers prescribed respiratory therapy. Conducts pulmonary functions tests, administers treatments, and completes discharge planning with other members of the patient's clinical team. at 11:59PM; Interviews and recruiting process may occur at any time.For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position.Minimum QualificationsLicensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of California.Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care.Expert knowledge of clinical respiratory care assessment and therapies for Asthma, including biologics.Current working knowledge of up-to-date Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) and Global Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD).Expert level clinical competency in specialty area. Advanced ability to apply knowledge and skills to administer specialty program.Advanced leadership skills including effective communication, coaching and conflict resolution.Advanced analytical ability and problem solving skills.Ability to plan objectives, organize program operations, and coordinate staff activities.Knowledge of business software, specialized applications and data management systems used in clinical departments.Expert knowledge of hospital policies, processes and regulatory compliance.
