You’ll be successful at this role if you have…
• Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing, developing and generating reports from a relational database application
• 3 years’ experience leading teams as a project manager and/or a business analyst
• Association Management System / CRM experience (Momentive Software’s NetForum preferred)
• Relational database, SQL, MRS, Salesforce Programmer experience
• PMP, BA, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Solid understanding of the principles of database design, implementation and business process workflow
• Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and quality control skills, troubleshooting skills, and experience with numerous environments and architectures
• Experience with requirements management, use case and modeling tools.
