Our client, located in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their team
Duties Include:o Receivables reports, client follow-ups and statement sendingo Payables approval with Project Managers and Superintendentso Communicate cost and job posting changeso Invoicing jobso Job setupso Attend site meetings with Project Managers & Superintendents; create to-do lists asnecessaryo Open permits and call in inspections as necessaryo Print job scopes and project details for field staffo Assist management with scheduling field staff weeklyo Check jobs for completed lead tests
Administrative Duties:
o Assist with estimateso Assist with general insurance forms, bank forms and licenseso Pricing requests to vendors and subcontractorso Follow up to vendors and subcontractors on requested estimateso Manage approved subcontractor listo Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professionalpublications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Qualifications:
• Custom residential construction experience a plus (renovations and/or new construction)• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience• QuickBooks experience a plus• Ability to read blue prints
