FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your areas of resonsibility:Lead IT operational planning, including cybersecurity.Allocate resources and define requirements for new technologies.Manage IT systems deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.Conduct cost/benefit analyses for IT spending.Oversee IT hardware, software, and equipment management.Manage IT staff and third-party providers.Ensure compliance and manage KPIs and SLAs.
Qualifications we are looking for:10+ years in IT, 5+ years in management.Experience with Microsoft OS, Meraki, Cisco networks, and cloud computing.Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).BS/BA in Computer Science or related field required.Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ITIL framework.
