is in immediate need of a Plant Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.Responsibilities:Completion of all month-end reports for management review (P&L, Balance Sheet, Short-term Forecast, deviations analysis, explanations.).Generation and control of the fixed assets budget.Generation of the plants cash flow forecast.Coordination and complete the plants full accounting process (AP, AR, GL, etc.).Coordination of all year-end external financial audits.Compilation of closing and consolidation reports for the Corporate Offices.Completion of profitability analysisManagement and coordination of the department and of the resources.Participation and collaboration in processes that affect the personnel of their department; Selection, training, development plans, contracts and renovation.Annual BudgetElaboration and coordination of the budget, with analysis of deviations. Elaboration of Economic and Financial information.Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by supervision.Requirements:College Degree in Human Resources or related field.PHR or SPHR certification desired, but not required.Five to Ten years experience in a senior-level finance or accounting positionKnowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including General accepted Acct PrinciplesKnowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systemsKnowledge of federal and state financial regulationsAbility to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports statements and projectionsWorking knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.Job Type:
