The purpose of the Clinical Manager position is to assist the Senior Director of Recovery Services in the overall direction of the Recovery Centers. to provide leadership, coordination and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams and assists our Recovery Center with quality improvement duties.Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/weekLocation: 23rd Ave & Dunlap AveBilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)Full Benefits Package, including 401KSchedule: Monday - FridayGenerous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1)Under general supervision of the Senior Director of Recovery Services, the Clinical Manager performs the following essential duties:Plans, organizes, directs, and controls clinical services and is responsible for administrative functioning of clinical services departments.Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.In conjunction with the Senior Director Recovery Services and Health Center Clinical Directors, acts as the clinical support of the program and establishes clinical systems and standards of care.Continually communicates with community partners and customers to ensure continuity of care for members served. Ensures program functions smoothly within the larger behavioral health system by building and maintaining relationships with community partners.Reviews and signs off on Assessments and Individual Service Plans.Establishes and maintains a recovery culture and philosophy within the Recovery Centers.Promotes and maintains good relationships and communication between departments.Aids in creating policies and procedures that address clinical quality and risk.
Qualifications
Masters or higher degree in Social Services
Current licensure/registration as LMSW, LASAC, or LAC
Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health settingOne (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient setting, as appropriate)Must have experience working with mental health and substance use with patients and their familiesInterpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members. Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions.Strong understanding of substance use, addiction and recovery clinical skills.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Experience in PowerPoint and electronic medical record - NextGen preferred.Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Arizona driver's license, and minimum of 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy.Must have a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to apply for one apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role.
